RV students Grace Clothier, Shawn Clothier, Gianna Luisi, Emma D’Entremont, Kartik Mongatra, and Megan Bradley along with BOE President Chip Miller, Superintendent Chris Heilig, Principal Joe Martin, Assistant Principal Letti Branin and teachers Sarah Sherman and Alex Reiner attended the Anti-Defamation League’s Second Annual End-of-School-Year No Place for Hate Designation Celebration on May 23rd at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. RVRHS was designated a No Place for Hate school at the ceremony.
The interactive celebration provided students and educators from No Place for Hate schools around the tri-state area the chance to meet and learn best practices from each other, and celebrate the achievement of becoming a No Place for Hate school with hundreds of other like-minded educators and students. Chris Long, Philadelphia Eagle and Chairman of The Chris Long Foundation, received the No Place for Hate Making a Difference Award.
